Questions
How do I get my product after paying?
Straight away. We email your download link, licence key or app sign-in within a minute, and everything is also in My purchases. Sign in there with the email you used at checkout.
Who handles the payment?
Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle processes your card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay, charges the right sales tax or VAT for your country and sends your invoice.
Can I cancel a subscription?
Yes, anytime. Open My purchases, choose Manage billing and cancel. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Can I switch from monthly to yearly?
Yes. Change your plan in Manage billing and Paddle works out the difference for you.
